3. IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN EASEMENT. Any improvements made
within the Right -of -Way Easement shall be at the sole expense of the person making the
improvements unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. EASEMENT TO RUN WITH THE LAND. The Right -of -Way Easement
created herein shall run with the land described in ATTACHMENT B, and shall be
binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Grantees, and their respective heirs,
successors in interest, or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Right -of -Way Easement
