County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to
the Richard Gary Howick Living Trust, dated November 14, 2013, Richard Gary Howick, Trustee,
Grantee, whose address is HC62 Box 7491, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127 the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot 77 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat filed March 16, 1976 as instrument No. 476273 of the Records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
TOGETHER with any and all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and improvements thereon, any and all fixtures of a permanent
nature thereon, and any and all easements, rights of way, and other rights appurtenant thereto;
SUBJECT to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions presently or record in the
office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and warrants that
the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 14 day of November, 2013, that said
Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in
the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
