KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DARIN NEUENSCHWANDER and
SALT RIVER MOTOR, INC., Mortgagees, do hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing the
date of February 28, 2006, made and executed by and between MICHAEL LLOYD
McDONALD and MARY KAYLENE McDONALD, and MKM, HOLDINGS, LLC, a
Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company, Mortgagors, to SALT RIVER MOTOR, INC., a
Wyoming Close Corporation, as Mortgagee, a Mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00)
said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming on the 13th day of March, 2006, in Book 614, at Page 176 as Document Number
916.596 pertaining to the following described real estate in Lincoln County, to wit:
Business and Real Property located at 295 North Washington St.,
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as:
That part of the SW1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the North Afton Annexation to the Town of Afton, Wyoming,
being a part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 328 of Photostatic Records on page 336, as follows: COMMENCING at
the intersection of the south line of said SWI /4SW1 /4 with the east right -of -way
fine of ILS.. Highway R9, S89 25'54 "E, 50.54 feet from the southwest corner of
said SWI /4S W 1 /4, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence N00° 12'05 "W, 330.00 feet, along said east right -of -way line, the
BATHEY OF BEGINNING identical with the southwest bathey of said tract,
thence S89° 25'54 "E, 299.07 feet, parallel with said south line, to a bathey at the
southeast corner of said tract; thence N00° 14'36"W, 142.45 feet, along said east

a 5/8 x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2' aluminum cap inscribed SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL, LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368; or "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL
LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" and appropriate details; each "bathey" marked by a
steel T- shaped stake 24" long with a metal cap inscribed PAUL N. SCHERBEL
RLS 164 SURVEY POINT" all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled `SCOTT L. CARLISLE AND
CHERIE LYNN CARLISLE PLAT OF TRACTS IN THE NORTH AFTON
ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON WITHIN TIIE SWI /4SW1 /4
SECTION 19 T32N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 4 April
1997.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in
use.
The Note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration of the said mortgagees to hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
