Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
24, 2008, and executed by Mark David Burnett and Ruth E. Burnett, Husband and Wife, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $202,698.00 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 16 day of December, 2008 in Book 711 of Mortgages, at Page 299 as
document #944198 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 15 day of
November, 20

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
