SCOTT A. TITENSOR and CAROLYN TITENSOR, husband and wife, of P.O. Box
826, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantors, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey to CHARLES DANA and ELAINE DANA, husband and wife,
of P.O. box 297, Thayne, Wyoming, Grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns, the
following:
An easement for the sole purpose of ingress, egress, utilities, road construction and
maintenance along and in the entire hereafter described land, to wit:
A strip of land sixty (60) feet wide, 1360 feet long going in
A East West direction on the Southern boundary of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, T34N, R118W of the 6 P.M.
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Grantors and Grantees are adjacent landowners and this easement shall run with the land
and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs,
successors and assigns.
Grantors hereby release and waive all rights of homestead in the above described
easement.
