Wyoming 83127, Grantors, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey to SCOTT A. TITENSOR and CAROLYN TITENSOR, husband and
wife, of P.O. box 826, Thayne, Wyoming, Grantees and their heirs, successors and
assigns, the following:
An easement for the sole purpose of ingress, egress, utilities, road construction and
maintenance along and in the entire hereafter described land, to wit:
Grantors and Grantees are adjacent landowners and this easement shall run with the land
and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs,
successors and assigns.
Grantors hereby release and waive all rights of homestead in the above described
easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have set our hands this 8 today of August, 2006.
