Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights, under and by

EXHIBIT "A"
The Southwest one quarter of the Southeast one quarter
(SW%SE1/4); and the South one -half of the Southwest one
quarter (ShSWa); of Section 2; the Lot Numbered Six (6); the
South one -half of the Northeast one quarter (ShNE1/4); the
South one -half of the Northwest one quarter (S'NW4); and the
South one -half (Sh) of Section 3; all in Township 21 North,
Range 119 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Wyoming; the
North One -half of the Southeast one quarter (N2SE1/4); and the
Southwest one quarter of the Southeast one quarter (SWhSEh);
of Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Wyoming, together with all improvements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and all ditch rights
and water rights belonging .thereto.
EXCEPTING: 37.96 acres heretofore conveyed to William
Julian, and 18.4 acres heretofore conveyed to Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and 26.8 acres heretofore conveyed to the State
Highway Commission of Wyoming, and 32.8 acres heretofore
conveyed to the State Highway Commission of Wyoming. An
easement to Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company;
and subject to railroad right -of -way, and subject to reserva-
tions in the United States and State patents, and to the
rights of the public upon all highways.
ALSO SUBJECT to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements,and rights -of -way of record or in use.
