Hawkes, a married woman, as her sole and separate property grantee of P. O. Box 2377, Jackson, WY 83001 forthesumof Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration-- the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Lots 36 and 37 REES SUBDIVISION, as shown by the Official plat thereof recorded September 1, 1955 in the Office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being part of the N1SE4 of Section 20, Topwnship 37 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: The E2 of Lot 36 of the Rees Subdivision, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 36 and running in the Northwesterly direction 132.94 feet to the platted line between Lots 36 and 37 thence West 91.13 feet; thence South 94 feet; thence East 185.13 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all improvements or appurtenances thereunto appertaining. Subject to easements and rights of way of record dry in use reser- vations of record. It further expressly understood that the above parcel is subject to the Restrictive Covenants of record for the Rees Subdivision.
