of P.O. Box 235, 69 Twin Creek Street, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116, the
following described 'real property, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hsr4by releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead excemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section 34,
Township 21 North, Range 115 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, lying and situate northerly of U.S. Highway
30; EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the land as contained in the deed to
the State of Wyoming by and through the State Highway Com-
mission from Theodore D. Duthie and Palmira Duthie reeorded
in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Book 22PR on page 48.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in sight or use.
