Ricks, husband and wife, grantors, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANT to the Souza Living Trust, Norbert and Karen Souza
trustees, grantees, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and their heirs, successors and
assigns, a perpetual one (1) rod wide right -of -way easement, to be shared with the grantors and
their heirs, successors and assigns, over, across and along the existing road bearing east and south
east from the U.S. Highway 89 to the south boundary of the property for ingress and egress to
access the Souza property located at the east end of Emmy' s Canyon Lane as follows:
A tract of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, one (1) rod wide
being '/2 rod each side of the centerline of the existing road, whose location is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East boundary line of U.S. Highway 89 with the
existing road Emmy' s Canyon Lane in the SE 'A if the SE '/4 of Section 17, T3ON,
R118W, Wyoming and running from said intersection over and along the existing
Emmy's Canyon Lane traversing a 0.322 acre portion of said SE 'A if the SE 'A of Section
17, T3ON, RI 18W to connect to another existing right of way easement along Emmy's
Canyon Lane, as shown on the attached Exhibit A to the Souza Living Trust Easement.
Grantees are hereby granted the right to maintain a road over, across and along the above
described right -of -way easement and to do such additional construction as grantees deem needful
for proper access along said right of way for ingress and egress to and from grantees' lands.
Grantees, by their acceptance and recording of this easement, agree for themselves and their
heirs, successors and assigns to the conditions specified herein.
