IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a CONTRACT FOR DEED, dated the 15 day of November,
2013, by and between DURICK KLEEMAN, 133 Red Tail Path, WY 83128 as "Seller and JACOB L. POWELL, 1558 N.
Mountain Road, Ogden, UT 84404, as "Purchaser exists for the purchase of property located at 133 Red Tail Path,
Alpine, WY 83128, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
PURCHASER:
Lot 16 of Trail Ridge Subdivision, Lincohi County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on October 21, 2003 as Instrument
No. 894618 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements
rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use.
