BYRON PASSEY SCHWAB and DEBORAH A. SCHWAB, Husband and
Wife, Grantors, of Bedford, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to: DANIEL C. GALLOWAY and
SANDRA A. GALLOWAY, and RONALD W. GALLOWAY, as joint tenants with
full rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, Grantees, of Afton,
Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, the following described property, to -wit:
Part of Lot two (2) of Block twenty (20) to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point eight (8) rods South of the Northwest Corner of said
Block twenty (20) and running thence South twenty -eight (28) feet; thence
East one hundred sixty -five (165) feet; thence North twenty -eight (28) feet;
thence West one hundred sixty -five (165) feet to point of beginning, together
with improvements; the South edge of the property shares a common (party)
wall with the adjoining property, approximately one (1) foot wide.
Subject to all easements and right -of -ways of sight and record. Improvements
are conveyed and sold "AS IS."
DATED this -2 day of June, 2000.
