releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Northwest Corner of Lot 1 of Block 26 to the Town
of Afton, thence South 20 rods;
thence East 9 rods;
thence North 20 rods;
thence West 9 rods to the point of beginning.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded August 20, 1993 in Book 334PR on page 119 of the records of Lincoln County
Clerk.
