and demand, as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, to wit:

of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

McKim nor any other person in her name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title
