Upon hook -up, the Town of Thayne, in accordance with their standard user agreement and rate structure, will charge monthly user fees. 5) The Town of Thayne will assist Grantor to secure from Star Valley Cheese a non exclusive access easement from Hokanson Road into Grantor's property for access by Grantor. Said easement will follow the existing access road alignment as presently utilized and will be 60- foot width. The Town of Thayne will not be responsible in any way for the development, construction, maintenance, or acceptance of that access. 6) At least 24 -hour notification of roadway closure(s) will be provided to Grantor during the construction process. Road closure(s) will be limited to a 24 -hour period, unless approved by Grantor. 7) All side slopes on Grantor's property disturbed by the Town of Thayne will be sloped at 1:1 maximum. o� Jenso Clerk J Robert E.
