EASEMENT CONDITIONS
1) Existing roadway /pipeline will be restored to a condition equal to or better than
existing following any pipeline excavation.

2) The Town of Thayne agrees not to annex the Toren Callie True property (as recorded in
Book 255PR, Page 208, in the Lincoln County recorder's office) against the wishes of
Grantor as long as Grantor owns said parcel of land.
3) Access will be limited to the Town of Thayne's employees and agents for the purposes of
constructing, operating and maintaining the pipeline and spring site.
4) The Town of Thayne will, if requested, provide a single water service connection in the
vicinity of the existing water storage tank located immediately north of the True property.
Upon hook -up, the Town of Thayne, in accordance with their standard user agreement and
rate structure, will charge monthly user fees.
5) The Town of Thayne will assist Grantor to secure from Star Valley Cheese a non exclusive
access easement from Hokanson Road into Grantor's property for access by Grantor. Said
easement will follow the existing access road alignment as presently utilized and will be 60-
foot width. The Town of Thayne will not be responsible in any way for the development,
construction, maintenance, or acceptance of that access.
6) At least 24 -hour notification of roadway closure(s) will be provided to Grantor during the
construction process. Road closure(s) will be limited to a 24 -hour period, unless approved
by Grantor.
7) All side slopes on Grantor's property disturbed by the Town of Thayne will be sloped at 1:1
maximum.
