grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Stacey M.
County of Lincoln
Gieck and Bobbie D. Gieck
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 448, Kemmerer, WY
83101, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
Part of Lot 7 of Block 1 to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and
running thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary
line of said Lot 7, a distance of 37 feet;
thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly and
Southerly boundary lines of said Lot, a distance of
89 feet;
thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly boundary
line of said Lot, a distance of 37 feet;
thence Easterly along the Northerly boundary line
of said Lot, a distance of 89 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights -of -way of record, of sight or
in use.
