WARRANTY DEED
EDITH MARY BERTOT, a single person, Grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to EDITH M. BERTOT, as Trustee
of the Edith M. Bertot Revocable Trust dated May 31, 2000, Grantee,
whose address is 209 Ruby Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The Lot Numbered Two (2) of Block Numbered Twenty -Three
(23) of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted
and recorded. Together with all buildings and
improvements thereon, or thereunto in anywise
appertaining.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
