MORTGAGE, DEED OF TRUST,
INDENTURE, SECURITY AGREEMENT, FINANCING STATEMENT
AND ASSIGNMENT OF PRODUCTION
(THIS INSTRUMENT CONTAINS AFTER
ACOUIRED PROPERTY PROVISIONS)
A POWER OF SALE HAS BEEN GRANTED IN THIS MORTGAGE. A POWER OF SALE MAY ALLOW MORTGAGEE
TO TAKE THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY AND SELL IT WITHOUT GOING TO COURT IN A FORECLOSURE
ACTION UPON DEFAULT BY THE MORTGAGOR UNDER THIS MORTGAGE.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned CROSS TIMBERS OIL COMPANY, a Delaware
corporation (the "Mortgagor having its principal office at 810 Houston Street, Suite 2000, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, does
hereby agree as follows:

Mortgagor has mortgaged, granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, transferred, assigned and set over and does hereby
MORTGAGE, GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, CONVEY, TRANSFER, ASSIGN, WARRANT and SET OVER to MORGAN
GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY OF NEW YORK, 60 Wall Street, New York, New York 10260 and its successors and
substitutes in trust, as hereinafter provided, as Trustee (the "Trustee for the benefit of MORGAN GUARANTY TRUST
COMPANY OF NEW YORK, 60 Wall Street, New York, New York 10260 (the "Mortgagee for its own account and for the
account of every other present and future holder or holders of all or any part of the Secured Indebtedness (herein defined)
(Mortgagee and such other holder or holders, whether one or more, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Holder and
does further grant to Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, a security interest in the following described property:
(a) Oil and Gas Leases. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest (including, without limitation,
working interests, revenue interests and operating rights), now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to all of (i) the oil,
gas and mineral lease(s) described or referred to on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
purposes, and any instrument executed in amendment, correction, modification, confirmation, renewal or extension of
any of such leases; (ii) without limiting the foregoing, the oil, gas and other minerals in and under the lands and/or
leases described or referred to on Exhibit "A (iii) the oil, gas and other minerals in and under the lands and/or leases
described or referred to on Exhibit "A and all oil, gas and other mineral interests and estates in and under such lands
and leases including, but not limited to, royalties, overriding royalties and production payments; (iv) any and all oil,
gas and other mineral leases or units (including, but not limited to, unit agreements, unit designations, unit
declarations, pooled units, pooling orders, spacing units or communitized units) covering, in whole or in part, the lands
described or referred to on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and (v) all oil, gas and mineral leases in which Mortgagor now
has or hereafter acquires an interest due to the pooling or unitization of the lands and/or oil, has and mineral leases
described or referred to on Exhibit "A" or portions of such lands or leases (all of the above described oil, gas and
mineral leases, interests and estates, including without limitation any unitized leases, are hereinafter collectively called
the "Leases
(b) Wells. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to all
oil wells, gas wells and other wells now or hereafter located upon the land covered by the Leases, whether or not such
wells are specifically described or referred to on Exhibit "A" (the "Wells
(c) Contract Rights. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, now owned or hereafter acquired, in
and to all contracts, operating agreements, salt water disposal agreements, water rights agreements, mineral purchase
agreements, rights of way, easements, surface leases, permits, licenses, pooling or unitization agreements, pooling
designations and pooling orders and all other contracts or agreements pertaining to or affecting the Leases or which
were executed in connection with the drilling for, producing, treating, handling, storing, transporting or marketing oil,
gas or other minerals from the Leases or from any properties unitized or pooled therewith (the "Contract Rights
(d) Hydrocarbons. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and
to all oil, gas, casinghead gas, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products
refined therefrom, and all other minerals (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Hydrocarbons in and under, and that
may be produced and saved from, or allocated to, the Leases and the lands covered thereby;
(e) Equipment. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to
all equipment, tanks, derricks, fixtures, houses, pumps, pumpjacks, casings, tubing, rods, cable lines, pipelines, flow
lines, separators, buildings, machinery, tools, pipe and all other equipment, appurtenances, apparatus, appliances, and
property of every kind and character, movable or immovable, now or at any time hereafter located on said lands
described or referred to above, or which may now or hereafter be used or obtained in connection therewith (the
"Fixtures
(0 Accounts, General Intangibles, Books, Records. All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, now
owned or hereafter acquired, in any and all (i) accounts and general intangibles arising in connection with the sale or
other disposition of the property described in (a) through (e) above, (ii) contract rights and general intangibles arising
from or in connection with the Leases and /or the lands described or Exhibit "A and (iii) books, records, files,
computer software (to the extent transferable without a breach of a restriction of transfer or confidence), documents
and other information pertaining to the Leases and/or the lands described or referred to on Exhibit "A" (the "Personal
Property"); and
(g) Products, Proceeds. All of the products and proceeds of the property described in (a) through (f)
above whether presently existing or hereafter created or arising.
The Mortgagor's interests in the Leases, Wells, Contract Rights, Hydrocarbons, Fixtures and Personal Property and
other properties described in (a) through (g) above, are all hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Mortgaged
Properties
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Mortgaged Properties, together with all of the rights, hereditaments and appurtenances
in any way appertaining or belonging thereto, unto the TRUSTEE, his successors, assigns or substitutes in trust forever, for the
benefit of, and unto, Holder and Holder's successors and assigns, for the uses and purposes hereinafter set forth.

(e) Mortgagor's principal offices and principal place of business are in Fort Worth, Texas.
Section 2.2. The foregoing warranties and representatives shall at all times be construed to be for the benefit of
Mortgagee and each Holder, and they shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding the assignment hereof, or the partial
release of the lien hereof, or any foreclosure thereof.
ARTICLE III
COVENANTS

Section 3.1. On behalf of Mortgagor and its successors and assigns, Mortgagor further covenants and hereby agrees as
(a) That by agreement with the maker or makers of any instrument evidencing any indebtedness at any
time secured hereby, Holder, without notice to or consent of any other party to this Mortgage, may from time to time
extend the time of payment of the whole or any part of such indebtedness, or may accept from said maker or makers
one or more new instruments in the same or different form, in renewal of or by way of substitution for any instrument
of indebtedness, without in any manner impairing or affecting the liens of this mortgage, or any of the Holder's rights
hereunder;
(b) To operate or cause to be operated in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the
usage of the field and in accordance with the state and federal laws, and to keep, or cause to be kept, in full force and
effect, the Leases, insofar as they cover the properties mortgaged hereby, and to perform, or cause to be performed,
each and all of the covenants, terms and conditions imposed upon Mortgagor or its predecessors in interest and
expressly contained in such Leases (including without limitation the payment of all delay rentals and other amounts
necessary to keep the Leases in full force and effect), or expressly contained in any assignments, under or through
which such Leases or undivided interests therein are now held, and to perform or cause to be performed in all material
respects all implied covenants and obligations imposed upon Mortgagor or its predecessors in interest in connection
with such Leases, insofar as such Leases cover the properties mortgaged hereby, and continuously to operate or cause
to be operated in a good and workmanlike manner the wells now or hereafter drilled on the Mortgaged Properties;
(c) To comply with, or cause to be complied with, all applicable and valid laws, rules and regulations
of the United States, the State of Wyoming, as appropriate, or any other governmental body exercising jurisdiction,
with respect to the operation and development of the Mortgaged Properties and the production and sale of oil, gas or
other minerals therefrom;
(d) To carry, or cause to be carried, with responsible insurance companies, with respect to all activities
with respect to which Mortgagor might incur personal liability for the death or injury of an employee or third person,
or damage to or destruction of another's property, insurance against such risks and insurance in such amounts as
Mortgagor deems prudent;
(e) To pay, or cause to be paid, all taxes, assessments, governmental charges, levies and all lawful
claims which, if unpaid, might become a lien or charge upon the Mortgaged Properties; provided, Mortgagor shall not
be in default if any such taxes, assessments, governmental charges, levies or claims are being contested in good faith;
(f) To maintain, preserve and keep, or cause to be maintained, preserved and kept, Mortgagor's
interests in the Mortgaged Properties and all appurtenances thereto, including all buildings, improvements, machinery,
equipment, pipelines, fixtures and other personal property of every kind and character, in respect of the Leases, in
reasonable repair, working order and condition, and from time to time make or cause to be made, all necessary and
proper repairs, renewals, replacements and substitutions in order to properly maintain such property; provided,
Mortgagor shall never be deemed obligated to rework, recomplete, redrill or otherwise maintain any well or production
facility when, in Mortgagor's judgment, it would be imprudent or uneconomic to do so;
(g) To pay, or cause to be paid, promptly all bills for labor and material, relating to the Mortgaged
Properties, and never to permit to be fixed thereon any lien, other than Permitted Liens, even though inferior to the lien
hereof, for any such bills which may be legally due and payable, and never to permit to be created or to exist, relating
to any part of the Mortgaged Properties, any other or additional lien other than Permitted Liens;
(h) To pay promptly Mortgagor's share of all costs and expenses incurred under any joint operating
agreement affecting the Mortgaged Properties, or any portion thereof (except such costs and expenses if and so long as
the amount, applicability or validity thereof shall currently be contested in good faith and appropriate reserves a made
therefor), and to furnish Holder, as and when requested, full information as to the status of any joint account
maintained with others under any such operating agreement, not to take any action to incur any liability or lien
thereunder, and not to enter into any new operating agreement or amendment of existing operating agreement affecting
the Mortgaged Properties without prior written consent of Holder, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or
delayed;
(i)' To permit the Holder hereunder, its agents and representatives, at their own risk, to go upon,
examine, inspect and remain on the Mortgaged Properties, and to go upon the derrick floor of any well or wells at any
reasonable time drilled or being drilled thereon, and to strap, gauge, measure and inspect any and all tanks at any
reasonable time on the Mortgaged Properties or holding oil, gasoline or casinghead gasoline therefrom; and Mortgagor
shall do all things necessary or proper to enable the Holder hereunder to exercise said rights whenever it so desires;
(j) Not to enter into, become bound by, or subject the Mortgaged Properties to, any contract or
agreement which is burdensome on Mortgagor or materially adversely affects the operation of the Leases;
(k) To do all things necessary or proper to defend title to the Mortgaged Properties, but Holder shall
have the right, at any time, to intervene in any suit affecting such title and to employ independent counsel in
connection with any such suit to which it may be a party by intervention or otherwise; and upon demand Mortgagor
agrees to pay to Holder all reasonable expenses paid or incurred by it in respect of any such suit affecting title to any
such property or affecting Holder's lien or rights hereunder, including reasonable fees to Holder's attorneys, and
Mortgagor will indemnify and hold Holder harmless from and against any and all costs and expenses, including, but
not limited to, any and all cost, loss, damage or liability which Holder may suffer or incur by reason of the failure of
the title to any material part of the Mortgaged Properties, or by reason of the failure or inability of Mortgagor, for any
reason, to a material extent, to convey the rights, titles and interests which this Mortgage purports to mortgage or

instrument, Holder may, but shall not be obligated to, pay said sums of money, or perform or attempt to perform any such
covenant, and any such payment so made or expense reasonably incurred in the performance or attempted performance of any
such covenant shall be, and is hereby declared by Holder to be a part of the indebtedness secured hereby, and Mortgagor
promises, upon demand, to pay to Holder all sums so advanced or paid by Holder, with interest at the highest lawful permitted
rate per annum from the date paid or incurred by Holder. No such payment by Holder shall in any way be considered or
constitute a waiver of any such default or of Holder's right to declare the indebtedness secured hereby at 'once due and payable.
No such payment shall be considered to create any obligation on Holders to make any further payments. In addition to the lien
hereof, Holders shall be subordinated to all rights and liens securing the payment of any debt, claim, tax or assessment for the
payment of which they shall have made such advance.
Section 4.3. Subject to the terms and conditions of the documents evidencing the Secured Indebtedness, upon the
occurrence of an Event of Default, Holder may declare the entire balance of principal of the Secured Indebtedness, and all
accrued interest thereon, immediately due and payable, whereupon the same shall forthwith become due and payable, without
presentment, demand, protest, notice of acceleration or of intention to accelerate or other notice of any kind, all of which
Mortgagor hereby expressly waives, anything contained herein notwithstanding.
Section 4.4. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Holder may, at its election, proceed by suit or suits, at
law or in equity, to enforce the payment of the Secured Indebtedness in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Credit
Agreement or other documents or instruments evidencing it, to foreclose the lien and this Mortgage as against all or any portion
of the Mortgaged Properties, and to have said property sold under the judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction.
In any such action or proceeding to foreclose the lien of this Mortgage, Mortgagor does hereby waive, or not waive,
appraisement, all at the option of the Holder (such option to be exercised prior to, or at the time of, the entry of judgment in any
such action or proceeding). At the option of the Holder, Holder shall be entitled to sell the Mortgaged Properties in compliance
with the provisions of any power of sale authorized by any law, rule or order affecting the Mortgaged Properties, as now in force
or as the same may hereafter be amended, and this Mortgage shall constitute a grant by Mortgagor to Holder of the right and
power to foreclose this Mortgage in such manner. On or at any time after the filing of judicial proceedings to protect or enforce
the rights of Holder, the Holder, as a matter of right and without regard to the sufficiency of the security, and without any
showing of insolvency, fraud or mismanagement on the part of Mortgagor, shall be entitled to the appointment of a receiver or
receivers of the Mortgaged Properties, and of the income, rents, issues and profits thereof, and Mortgagor does hereby consent to
the appointment of such receiver or receivers and agrees not to oppose any application therefor. Holder may conduct any
number of sales from time to time. The power of sale shall not be exhausted by any one or more such sales as to any part of the
Mortgaged Properties not theretofore lawfully sold, but shall continue unimpaired until all of the Mortgaged Properties shall
have been sold. All costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Holder in protecting and enforcing its rights
hereunder shall constitute a demand obligation owing by Mortgagor and shall bear interest at the highest lawful rate of interest
which may be charged for loans of the type evidenced by the Credit Agreement.
Section 4.5. Subject to the provisions of applicable law in any particular jurisdiction, Holder may postpone the sale of
all or any portion of the Mortgaged Properties by public announcement at the time and place of such sale, and from time to time
thereafter may further postpone such sale by public announcement made at the time of sale fixed by the preceding postponement.
Upon any sale, whether under the power of sale hereby given or by virtue of judicial proceedings, it shall not be necessary for
Holder or any public officer acting under execution or order of court to have physically present or constructively in his
possession any of the Mortgaged Properties. Upon any sale, whether made under the power of sale hereby given or by virtue of
judicial proceedings, the receipt of Holder, or of the officer making a sale under judicial proceedings, shall be a sufficient
discharge to the purchaser or purchasers at any sale for his or their successors, assigns or personal representatives, shall not, after
paying such purchase money and receiving such receipt therefor, be obliged to see to the application of such purchase price, or
be in anyway answerable for any Loss, misapplication or non application thereof.
Section 4.6. Mortgagor agrees, to the full extent that Mortgagor may lawfully so agree, that Mortgagor will not at any
time insist upon or plead or in any manner whatsoever claim the benefit of stay, extension or redemption law now or hereafter in
force, in order to prevent or hinder the enforcement or foreclosure of this Mortgage or the absolute sale of the Mortgaged
Properties or the possession thereof by any purchaser at any sale made pursuant to any provision hereof, or pursuant to the
decree of any court of competent jurisdiction; but Mortgagor, for Mortgagor and all who may claim through or under Mortgagor,
so far as Mortgagor or those claiming through or under Mortgagor now or hereafter lawfully may, hereby waives the benefit of
all such laws. Mortgagor, for Mortgagor and all who may claim through or under Mortgagor, waives, to the extent that
Mortgagor may lawfully do so, any and all right to have the Mortgaged Properties marshaled upon any foreclosure of the lien
hereof, or sold in inverse order of alienation, and agrees that Holder or any court having jurisdiction to foreclose such lien may
sell the Mortgaged Properties as an entirety or in separate parcels. If any law in this Section 4.6 and now in force, of which
Mortgagor or Mortgagor's successors might take advantage despite the provisions hereof, shall hereafter be repealed or cease to
be in force, such law shall not thereafter be deemed to constitute any part of the contract herein contained or to preclude the
operation or application of the provisions of this Section 4.6.
Section 4.7. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, and in addition to all other rights herein conferred on the
Holder, Holder (or any person, firm or corporation designated by Holder) shall have the right and power, but shall not be
obligated, to enter upon and take possession of any of the Mortgaged Properties, and to exclude the Mortgagor, and the
Mortgagor's agents or servants, wholly therefrom, and to hold, use, administer, manage and operate the same to the extent that
the Mortgagor shall be at the time entitled and in its place and stead. Holder, or any person, firm or corporation designated by
Holder, may operate the same without any liability to Mortgagor in connection with such operations, except to use 'ordinary care
in the operation of such properties, and Holder or any person, firm or corporation designated by Holder, shall have the right to
produce, receive, receipt for and sell all Hydrocarbons attributable to the Mortgaged Properties, to demand, collect and retain all
earnings, proceeds and other sums due or to become due with respect to the Mortgaged Properties, to make repairs, purchase
machinery and equipment, conduct work -over operations, drill additional wells and to exercise every power, right and privilege
of the Mortgagor with respect to the Mortgaged Properties. When and if the expenses of such operation and development
(including costs of unsuccessful work -over operations or additional wells) have been paid and the Secured Indebtedness paid,
said properties shall, if there has been no sale or foreclosure, be returned to the Mortgagors. The Mortgagor does hereby
designate Holder, as the Mortgagor's agent to exercise each and every remedy set forth herein and to conduct any and all
operations and take any and all action reasonably necessary to do so, in any such activity any such agent being expressly
authorized to act in the name of the Mortgagor.
Section 4.8. Holder may, at its option, cause to be made whatever abstracts of title and /or title opinions that are
deemed necessary by Holder or its attorneys. The costs of said abstracts and/or title opinions shall be added to the Secured
Indebtedness.
Section 4.9. With respect to any portion of the Mortgaged Properties which is personal property subject to a security
interest herein granted under the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, Holder or, at Holder's request, the Trustee may
sell such property in the manner above provided for real property, either together with or separately from any real property so

PAYMENT TO MORTGAGOR OF SUCH PROCEEDS SHALL CONTINUE TO MAKE SUCH PAYMENTS TO
MORTGAGOR.
(c) Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Article V, Mortgagor stipulates that this Article V
is intended to grant to Holder a security interest in Mortgagor's interest in the Hydrocarbons to be extracted from or
attributable to the Mortgaged Properties, and in and to the proceeds resulting from the sale thereof at the wellhead.
Section 5.3. Mortgagor covenants and agrees and undertakes hereby, after the Holder shall have so requested pursuant
to Section 5.2(a) above, to cause all pipeline companies or other purchasers of the Hydrocarbons produced from the Mortgaged
Properties to pay promptly to Holder at its principal office, Mortgagor's interest in the proceeds derived from the sale thereof, in
accordance with the terms of this assignment, and forthwith to execute, acknowledge and deliver to said pipeline companies and
other purchasers such further and proper division orders, transfer orders, certificates and other documents as may be necessary or
proper to effect the intent of these presents; and Holder shall not be required at any time, as a condition to its right to obtain the
proceeds of such Hydrocarbons, to warrant its title thereto or to make any guaranty whatsoever. In addition, and without
limitation, Mortgagor covenants and agrees, and undertakes hereby, to provide to Holder the name and address of every pipeline
company or other purchaser of the oil, gas and other minerals produced from the Mortgaged Properties when determined,
together with a copy of the applicable sales contracts. All expenses incurred by Holder in the collection of said proceeds shall be
repaid promptly by Mortgagor; and prior to such repayment, such expenses shall be a part of the Secured Indebtedness.
Section 5.4. Without limitation upon any of the foregoing, Mortgagor hereby designates and appoints Holder as
Mortgagor's true and lawful agent and attorney -in -fact (with full power of substitution, either generally or for such periods or
purposes as Holder may from time to time prescribe), with full power and authority, for and on behalf of and in the name of
Mortgagor, to execute, acknowledge and deliver all such division orders, transfer orders, certificates and other documents of
every nature, with such provisions as may from time to time, in the opinion of Holder, be necessary or proper to effect the intent
and purpose of this Article V; and Mortgagor shall be bound thereby as fully and effectively as if Mortgagor had personally
executed acknowledged and delivered any of the foregoing certificates or documents. The powers and authorities herein
conferred on Holder may be exercised by Holder through any person who, at the time of exercise, is the president or a vice
president of Holder, or who holds a similar position with Holder's authorized representative. The power of attorney conferred by
this Section 5.4 is granted for valuable consideration and coupled with an interest and is irrevocable so long as the Secured
Indebtedness, or any portion thereof, shall remain unpaid. All persons dealing with Holder, or any substitute, shall be fully
protected in treating the powers and authorities conferred herein as continuing in full force and effect until advised by Holder
that the Secured Indebtedness is fully and finally paid.
Section 5.5. Holder shall never be under any obligation to enforce the collection of the funds assigned to it hereunder,
nor shall it ever be liable for failure to exercise diligence in the collection of such funds, but it shall only be accountable for the
sums that it shall actually receive.
Section 5.6. Should any pipeline company or other purchaser now or hereafter purchasing said production fail to make
payment promptly to Holder of the proceeds derived from the sale thereof, Holder shall have the right to change the connection
of any such pipeline company, or other purchaser, and designate some other pipeline company, or other purchaser, to purchase
and take such production, without liability on Holder in making such selection, so long as ordinary care is used in respect
thereof; and should Mortgagor, its heirs, personal representatives, and assigns fail to consent to such connection, Holder may
accelerate the maturity of the indebtedness hereby secured.
Section 5.7. The proceeds accruing to the Mortgaged Properties, received by Holder, shall be applied by it when so
received toward payment of the Secured Indebtedness, as Holder in its sole discretion deems appropriate.
Section 5.8. Notwithstanding such provision for application of proceeds, it is agreed that Holder shall have the right,
at its election, from time to time, to apply any portion or all of said proceeds to the payment of any of the taxes levied and
assessed against the Mortgaged Properties, insurance premiums, liens, bills for labor and material furnished for use upon the
Mortgaged Properties, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees incurred by Holder in the defense of any action affecting the
title to the Mortgaged Properties, or the production therefrom, or any judgment rendered against Holder upon any claim arising
out of the receipt, or application in accordance herewith, of any such proceeds in the event Mortgagor should fail to make such
payments, or any of them, promptly after demand made by Holder upon Mortgagor so to do. Holder shall have the right, at its
election, to release or deliver to Mortgagor all or any portion of such proceeds, received by it, to the end that Mortgagor may
receive funds with which to pay for the operating, equipping and developing of the Mortgaged Properties, or any well or wells
thereon. No funds so released or paid to Mortgagor shall, in any event, be considered to have been applied upon the Secured
Indebtedness.
ARTICLE VI
SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT
Section 6.1. With respect to Wells, Contract Rights, Hydrocarbons, Fixtures and Personal Property constituting a part
of the Mortgaged Properties, this Mortgage shall also be a security agreement and financing statement, and for a valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and for the purpose of further securing payment
and performance of the Secured Indebtedness, Mortgagor hereby grants to Holder a security interest in all such Wells, Contract
Rights, Hydrocarbons; Fixtures and Personal Property. Mortgagor represents and warrants that, except for any financing
statement now in force filed by Holder and any Permitted Lien (as defined in the Loan Agreement), no financing statement
covering the said collateral, or any part thereof, has been filed with any filing officer, and no other security interest now in force
has attached or been perfected in the said collateral, or in any part thereof.
THE ABOVE GOODS WHICH ARE TO BECOME FIXTURES WILL BE LOCATED ON THE REAL ESTATE
COVERED BY THE LEASES. THE ABOVE MINERALS OR THE LIKE (INCLUDING OIL AND GAS) OR ACCOUNTS
WILL BE FINANCED AT THE WELLHEAD(S) OR MINEHEAD(S) OF THE WELL(S) OR MINE(S) LOCATED ON THE
REAL ESTATE COVERED BY THE LEASES.
Mortgagor shall execute and deliver to Holder such security agreements, financing statements and other documents
and instruments and do such other things as Holder may reasonably request or deem necessary in order to perfect and maintain
the security interest created hereunder.
Section 6.2. This instrument may be presented to a filing officer under the Uniform Commercial Code to be filed as a
nonstandard financing statement covering all personal property of any kind or character defined in and subject to the provisions
of the Uniform Commercial Code, including oil, gas and other minerals and fixtures. WHETHER OR NOT THIS
