Bonnie J. Skinner, also known as Bonnie Skinner, a single person,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to David H. Thoman and Tina M.
Thoman, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, GRANTEES, whose
address is PO Box 97, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Block 10 of the First Addition
to the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof
and
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,
30, 31 and 32 of Block 13 of the First Addition to the Town of LaBarge, formerly
Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
