COMES NOW, Connie Lynn McCafferty, who, being duly sworn, on oath according•
to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm;
THAT she is the owner of that record parcel of land conveyed and
described in Book 398 PR, page 373, in the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming and that said parcel contains 5.348
acres which is more specifically described as "Parcel C" and "Parcel
D" on that certain map that accompanied her Parcel Division Applica-
tion that was approved by the Board. of Lincoln County Commissioners
on the 3rd day of November, 1999.
TIIAT Parcel. D has a territorial water right from the Ames Gould
Ditch with a priority of July 12, 1902 (Permit No. 4041.) and that
she is the owner of the appropriation involved as evidenced by
records of ownership in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in
Kemmerer, Wyoming.
THAT the singular purpose of this instrument is to establish a ten
(10) foot wide easement to appropriate irrigation water from the
Ames Gould Ditch; said ditch being located on the Connie McCafferty
Parcel Division Map.
THAT the ten (10) foot wide irrigation easement will begin at the
northwest corner of said. Parcel. D; thence will run S 89° 54' 34" W,
along the north boundary line of the SW% NE% of Section 15, Township
36 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, a distance of 50.00 feet
to a point in the Ames Gould Ditch; the above described easement
encompassing an area of 0.001 acres, more or less, for the purpose
of obtaining irrigation water with an electric pump.
