PacifiCorp, an Oregon Corporation, d/b /a Rocky Mountain Power, hereby disclaims and
releases any right, title or interest it may have to a portion of that certain easement contracted
between Circle B Land Company Hufford, LLC, Grantors, and PacifiCorp, an Oregon
Corporation, d/b /a Rocky Mountain Power its successors and assigns, Grantee, dated June 28,
2013, recorded as Instrument No. 972066, on July 17, 2013, in Book 815, at Page 880, in the office
of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in and to the real property described
as follows and/or shown on Exhibit "A" attached and by this reference made a part hereof:
Legal Description: Commencing at the Northeast Comer of Section 12 from which the North '/a
Corner of said Section bears N.89 °57'49 "W. 2647.09 feet, the Basis of Bearings for this
description; thence N.89 °57'49 "W. 359.12 feet along the North Line of said Section; thence
S.00 °02'11 "W. 58.57 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N.89 °03'00 "W. 353.00 feet along
said centerline to the Point of Terminus.

For value received, CIRCLE B LAND COMPANY HUFFORD, LLC "Grantor
hereby grants to PacifiCorp, an Oregon Corporation, d/b /a Rocky Mountain Power its successors
and assigns "Grantee an easement for a right of way 20 feet in width and 3000 feet in length,
more or less, for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement,
enlargement, and removal of underground electric power transmission, distribution and
communication lines and all necessary or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto,
including without limitation: wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor;
and pads, transformers, switches, cabinets, and vaults on, across, or under the surface of the real
property of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING more particularly described as
follows_and as more particularly described and /or shown on Exhibits "A" attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof:

SECTION 12 IN TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 119 WEST OF THE 6 PRINCIPLE

A 20 FOOT WIDE UNDERGROUND POWER EASEMENT BEING 10 FEET BOTH SIDES
OF THE FOLLOWING CENTERLINE;
A BEGINNING POINT THAT IS S00 °01'47 "E 1154.66 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE
S89 °58' 13 "W 251.92 FEET FROM THE EAST l CORNER OF SAID SECTION 1
RUNNING THENCE S89° 56'30 "W 279.93 FEET ALONG SAID CENTERLINE; THENCE
