Excepting therefrom any land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 702PR on page 57 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Excepting therefrom any land contained in in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 702PR on page 59 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Excepting therefrom any land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 757PR on page 35 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
