JOANN S. ADAMS, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 981, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to ROBERT A. ADAMS and JOANN S. ADAMS, TRUSTEES
of the Robert A. JoAnn S. Adams Family Trust dated November 25, 2013, c/o P.O. Box 981,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 26, 1994, in Book 344PR at Page
442 as Instrument No. 777868, a copy of which is attached hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto
belonging.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and
restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.

Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
