Box 981, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 26, 1994, in Book 344PR at Page 442 as Instrument No. 777868, a copy of which is attached hereto. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging. SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record. Together with a 16.5 foot wide pipeline right -of -way across the following described property: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of that tract of land described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 162 P.R., Page 451 and running thence West 314.77 feet; thence South N' 660.01 feet, more or less, to the South line of the NW4NE of said Section 17, running thence East 313.53 feet, more or less, to the Southwest Corner of that tract described in Book 162 P.R., Page 451, thence North 660.01 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
