Grantees: PAUL G. JENSEN, as Trustee of the PAUL JENSEN FAMILY TRUST, under restated
trust agreement dated August 15, 2013
The Grantor, PAUL G. JENSEN, of 2049 North 1210 West, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062, for
no consideration, but to fund a Revocable Declaration of Trust, originally established on November
21, 2011, but governed by a restated Trust Agreement dated August 15, 2013,
does convey and quit -claim to PAUL G. JENSEN, as TRUSTEE of the PAUL JENSEN FAMILY
TRUST, under the terms of that certain restated Trust Agreement dated August 15, 2013, (with full
power to sell and convey) all interest in the following described unimproved real property located
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, legally described as follows:
Lot 43 of Afton Airpark. Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat filed August 1, 2005 in the office of Lincoln County Clerk as Plat 167
C. Subject to restrictions and easements of record.
