#947167, in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The lien was filed
against property, together with any improvements thereon, owned by Alpine Development
Group, LLC. for past due amounts owed for water and sanitary sewer services furnished by
NORTH STAR UTILITY which real property is described as follows:
In consideration of payment in full having been received on said past due amounts, NORTH
STAR UTILITY certifies that the Lien is satisfied, and authorizes and directs that the same be
released and discharged of record.
