the Assignee forever, and the Assignor hereby constitutes and appoints said Assignee its attorney irrevocable to
collect and receive said debt, and to foreclose, enforce, and satisfy said lien the same as it might or could have
done were these presents not executed, but at the cost and expense of the Assignee, subject however to the right
and equity of redemption, if any there be, of the maker(s) of the mortgage or deed of trust hereinabove described.
