HomeMy WebLinkAbout865700VERIFICATION OF SUCCESSOR CO- TRUSTEES Teeny Mae Julian, being first duly sworn upon her oath according to law, certifies and states as follows: 1. That on the 19th day of July, 1991, Teeny Mae Julian, acting as Settlor, and Teeny Mae Julian and Harry F. Julian, acting as Trustees, entered into an agreement creating the Teeny Mae Julian Trust, which trust, for formal purposes has heretofore been referred to as: 1997. TEENY MAE JULIAN and HARRY F. JULIAN, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the TEENY MAE JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, and any amendments thereto (said Trust has sometimes been referred to as being dated July 18, 1991 2. That Harry F. Julian died at Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 24th day of July, 3. That upon the death of Harry F. Julian, Teeny Mae Julian succeeded to the trusteeship of Teeny Mae Julian under said trust, all in accordance with the terms and provisions of said trust. 4. That said trust, by and through Teeny Mae Julian and Harry F. Julian, Trustees, is the record owner of an interest in real property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. 5.
