quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
MID -OHIO SECURITIES, CUSTODIAN FOR THE BENEFIT OF
BARTON K. LEE ACCOUNT #22484,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Section 33, T33N R1 18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Ruby Jensen, 1 ract A -2" dated November
12, 1997.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Mid -Ohio Securities, Custodian for the Benefit of Barton K. Lee Account #22484
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Administrator of Barton K. Lee, DDS, Inc.
Pension Trust and acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said Trust.
