I, Lacinda L. Shore, being duly sworn on oath depose and state
as follows:
1. That on September 30, 1997, Michael C. Jeffries, a single
man, executed a mortgage in favor of Mark S. Newell, a single
man and Lacinda L. Shore, a married woman, said mortgage being
recorded October 2, 1997, at Book 402PR, page 519, in the amount
of $6,900.00.
2. That the aforementioned mortgage subsequently went to
sheriff's sale. That a Certificate of Purchase was recorded
January 22, 1999, at Book 425PR, page 16, to Mark S. Newell,
a single man, and Lucinda L. Shore, a married woman.
3. That a Sheriff's Deed was issued to Mark S. Newell, a single
man, and Lucinda L. Shore, a married woman, recorded May 26,
1999, in Book 430PR, page 664.
4. That the following described property was listed on the
aforementioned:
Lot 96, Prater Canyon Estates Unit 4, as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
5. That a clerical error was made in the Certificate of
Purchase and the Sheriff's Deed, in that the name of the Affiant
was incorrectly cited as:
Lucinda L. Shore, a married woman
6. That the correct name of the Affiant should read:
Lacinda L. Shore, a married woman
