The Counter Defendant picked said bulls up in the Cokeville, Wyoming area about the 8th of October, 1997 and paid for said pasture. See attached hereto as part hereof the Counter Defendants Checks, marked as Counter Plaintiffs Exhibit one (1), which paid for the pasture mentioned in this paragraph. b. That the Counter Defendant owes the Counter Plaintiffs, for pasture from October 8 1 997 to January 8 1998, for 10 horses at $15.00 per head per month, at a cost of $450.00. The pasture was in the Randolph, Utah area. c. That the Counter Defendant owes Counter Plaintiffs for providing hay and feeding hay to 73 head of the Counter Defendant's horses, from January 15, 1998, to March 10, 1998, at a cost figured as follows: 73 head times 30 lbs. per day equals, 2190.00 lbs. times 55 days equals 120,450.00 lbs. divided by 2,000.00 equals 60.23 tons of hay at $75.00 per ton, equals $4517.25. Plus the Counter Defendant owes Counter Plaintiffs for hay and feeding 25 head of horses from March 10, 1998 to May 10 1998, at a cost figured as follows: 25 head times 30 lbs. of hay per day equals 750.00 lbs., and 750.00 lbs. times 60 days equals 45,000.00 lbs. of hay, divided by 2,000, equals 22.5 ton, times $75.00 per ton, equals $1687.50. The Counter Defendant owes the Counter Plaintiffs for 1999 summer pasture for seven (7) mares and one (1) stud at $15.00 per month per head from May 1, 1999, to August 1, 1999, for a cost of $360.00. The pasture was in Wyoming. j. The Counter Defendant owes the Counter Plaintiffs for 1999 summer pasture for thirteen (13) two- year -old colts at $15.00 per month per head from May 1, 1999, to June 13, 1999, for a cost of $292.50.
