As to the parties and their respective lands that are involved in this Easement, this Easement replaces in full that certain "Access Easement Larry L. Wolfley" first conveyed by Larry L. Wolfley and Jolene Wolfley, husband and wife, to Salt River Enterprises, Inc., in that certain warranty deed dated September 27, 1989, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 4, 1989, in Book 278 PR, page 277, and subsequently granted to each of the above grantees except Larry L. and Jolene Wolfley as they acquired their respective lands. d. All Grantees are mutually responsible for any and all costs of construction and maintenance of a road upon the easement that benefits their respective property. Each of them agrees to pay their reasonable and fair share of such construction and maintenance annually or at such other time as all of them agree. If any of them fails to pay their reasonable and fair share, one or more of the others may bring legal action pursuant to this Easement to compel such payment.
