Spaulding, Trustees of the Bill and Donna Spaulding Family Trust dated the 1st day of May, 2006, of PO Box 943, Afton, WY 83110, for an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, Ellen Nevin, a single person, of 1985 West Meyers Lane, Riverton, UT 84065, for an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, and Gerald Humpherys and Tena Humpherys, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 1291 Danielle Way, Blackfoot, ID 83221, for an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, grantees, as tenants in common, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Dry Farm: S1/2SE1/4 and South 20 acres of the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 22, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
