CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED
Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L. Hokanson, husband and wife, by the entireties, Grantors,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and
without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Dee J. Hokanson and
Ida L. Hokanson, Trustees of The Joint Living Trust Agreement of Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L.
Hokanson under agreement dated May 26, 1998, as amended, Grantees, whose address is P.O.
Box 307, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Part of Section 28, T35N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 88.07 rods West of the northwest corner of the
NW1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 34, of said T35N R119W, thence North 14
rods, thence West 11.43 rods, thence South 14 rods; thence East 11.43
rods to the place of beginning.

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
This quitclaim deed corrects the quitclaim deed filed on June 1, 1998 at Book 412PR
Page 337 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
