Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L. Hokanson, husband and wife, by the entireties, Grantors,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and
without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Dee J. Hokanson and
Ida L. Hokanson, Trustees of The Joint Living Trust Agreement of Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L.
Hokanson under agreement dated May 26, 1998, as amended, Grantees, whose address is P.O.
Box 307, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, all of Grantors's right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the S1 /2SE1 /4 of Section 28, T35N R119W of the 6th P.M., located
East of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the south line of said Section 28, said point being the
southwest corner of the J. Alfred Merchant property described in Quitclaim Deed
recorded in Book 145PR on page 540, Instrument No. 507821, said point being
West 709.50 feet from the southeast corner of said Section 28, thence running
West 744.54 feet to the Southeast corner of the Dee Hokanson property conveyed
by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 6PR on page 502, Instrument No. 206845,
thence running North, along the east line of last said property 231.00 feet, thence
running east, parallel with said south line of Section 28, 744.54 feet to the west
line of said Merchant property, thence south, along last said west line, 231.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
This quitclaim deed corrects the quitclaim deed filed on June 1, 1998 at Book 412PR
Page 335 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
