CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED
Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L. Hokanson, husband and wife, by the entireties, Grantors,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and
without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Dee J. Hokanson and
Ida L. Hokanson, Trustees of The Joint Living Trust Agreement of Dee J. Hokanson and Ida L.
Hokanson under agreement dated May 26, 1998, as amended, Grantees, whose address is P.O.
Box 307, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
E1 /2NE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 15, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
ALSO
Beginning at a point N90 °W, 1790 feet from the northeast corner of said Section
15, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence
S29 °E, 1508 feet, thence S90 °W, 1583 feet, thence running N0 °E, 1320 feet,
thence running N90 °E to the point of beginning, being a trapezoidal tract of land.
Excepting therefrom the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
107PR on page 547 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Excepting therefrom the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
817PR on page 650 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
This quitclaim deed corrects the quitclaim deed filed on June 1, 1998 at Book 412PR
Page 338 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
