By Warranty Deed dated September 16, 1977 and recorded on September 22, 1977, in the Lincoln County Recorder's Office as Document ID: 498639, Hoback Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, conveyed a certain parcel of real property to Wirthlin Investment Company, a Utah limited partnership. B. On June 11, 2012, Wirthlin Investment Company was converted from a Utah limited partnership to a Utah limited liability company, Wirthlin Investment Company I, LLC, with W. Meeks Wirthlin as manager. C. On July 12, 2012, Wirthlin Investment Company I, LLC filed First Amended and Restated Articles of Organization naming William M. Wirthlin II as manager. Wirthlin Investment Company, now known as Wirthlin Investment Company I, LLC, of P.O. Box 478, Salt Lake City, Utah 84110 -0478, grantor, hereby conveys and warrants against all claiming by, through or under it, to W. Meeks Wirthlin Investment Company, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, of P.O. Box 478, Salt Lake City, Utah 84110 0478, grantee, for the sum of $10 and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the following described parcel of real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: 4847- 0663 -2983 Conveyance The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4) of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range 118 West, of the 6 P.M. Wyoming. Subject to and reserving unto Hoback Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, its successors and assigns, a sixty -six (66) foot road right -of -way across the above described property at such location, grade, and angle as chosen by Hoback Ranches, Inc., including the right to construct a road together with necessary bridges, culverts, etc., within such right -of -way. Subject to and reserving unto Hoback Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, its successors and assigns one -half (1/2) of all the mineral rights pertaining to said lands, including, but not limited to, one -half (1/2) interest in all coal, oil, gas, and 0060 STATE OF UTAH COUNTY OF SALT LAKE 4847-0663-2983 other hydrocarbons, gold, silver, zinc, tin and other metallic minerals, uranium, phosphate and all fossilized organic matter.
