consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, convey and warrant to BYRON A. JENKINS and VERNA B. JENKINS Trustees of the
BYRON A. JENKINS and VERNA B. JENKINS REVOCABLE TRUST, dated March 18, 1992, grantees,
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State. This deed is made to correct the description of the Quit Claim Deed made on the 18th day of March,
1992, signed by the Grantors herein and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, on April 6, 1992, in Book 308 PR, Page 502, Document No. 746423. The correct description is
as follows:
COMMENCING at a point forty (40) rods East from the Northwest corner of Lot one (1) of
Section 33 Township 35 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence South forty -nine (49) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods; thence South twenty (20)
rods; thence East Twenty (20) rods; thence South to the South boundary of the Northeast
quarter (NE' /a) of said Section 33; thence East to the Southeast 'corner of said quarter section;
thence North to the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
(NE' /4NE' /4); thence West to the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter (NE1/4NE1/4); thence North eleven and one -half (11.5) rods; thence West twenty (20)
rods, thence North sixty-eight and one -half (68.5) rods; thence West to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at a point which is forty (40) rods East and forty
nine (49) rods South from the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Section 33, Township 35
North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West
twenty (20) rods; thence South twenty (20) rods; thence East twenty (20) rods; thence North
twenty (20) rods to the place of beginning. ALSO an access easement into the Freedom canal
at the Northeast corner of the plot.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at a point which is twenty (20) rods West
of the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of
Section 33, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and running thence West one hundred ninety -five (195) feet; thence South three hundred fifty
five (355) feet; thence East one hundred ninety -five (195) feet; thence North three hundred
fifty -five (355) feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.59 acres more or less.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That part of the NW'/4NE' /4 of Section 33, T35N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 27 of Deeds on page 567, described as follows: BEGINNING at
a PK nail on the North line of said Section 33, West, the base bearing for this survey, 1846.62
feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 33 found as described in the Certified Land
Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office; thence S00 °05'W, 31.51 feet along the
West line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 168 PR on page 97 to a point near
the South right -of -way line of State Highway 239; thence continuing S00 °05'W, 351.24 feet
to a point; thence S89 °49.5'W, 195.47 feet to a point, thence N00 °05'E 351.65 feet to a point
near the South right -of -way line of said Highway; thence continuing N00 °05'E, 31.59 feet to
a PK nail on the North line of said Section 33; thence East, 195.47 feet along the said North
line to the PK nail of Beginning; each "point" marked by a steel T- shaped stake 24" long with
