TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase Agreement, dated November 8, 1993,
by and between BYRON A. JENKINS and VERNA B. JENKINS, Trustees of the BYRON A. JENKINS and
VERNA B. JENKINS REVOCABLE TRUST, dated March 18, 1992, Sellers and LARRY B. JENKINS and
SHIRLEY JENKINS, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, Purchasers, exists for the purchase of the following
described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. This Amended Notice of Existing Real
Estate Purchase Agreement is to correct the description of the Notice of Existing real Estate Purchase Agreement
signed by the Sellers and Purchasers herein and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, on November 10, 1993, In Book 339PR, Page 135, Document No. 774288. The correct description is
as follows:
COMMENCING at a point forty (40) rods East from the Northwest corner of Lot one (1) of Section
33 Township 35 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence South
forty -nine (49) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods; thence South twenty (20) rods; thence East
Twenty (20) rods; thence South to the South boundary of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4) of said
Section 33; thence East to the Southeast corner of said quarter section; thence North to the Southeast
corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NEV4NE1/4); thence West to the Southwest
corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE' %NE'�4); thence North eleven and one
half (11.5) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods, thence North sixty -eight and one -half (68.5) rods;
thence West to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at a point which is forty (40) rods East and forty -nine
(49) rods South from the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Section 33, Township 35 North, Range
119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West twenty (20) rods;
thence South twenty (20) rods; thence East twenty (20) rods; thence North twenty (20) rods to the
place of beginning. ALSO an access easement into the Freedom canal at the Northeast corner of the
plot.
