PURPORTED COMMON ADDRESS: 421 EMERALD STREET, KEMMERER, WYOMING
At sale, BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA N.A. AS CUSTODIAN OR TRUSTEE,
Purchaser, bid the sum of $15,000.00 for said property. Being the highest and
best bid received, the property was struck off and sold to said Purchaser. The
Purchaser is entitled to a deed for the property at the expiration of the
redemption period, unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided
by law.
The Ten Day Notice of Intent to Foreclose, and Sale were given by the
Mortgagee, pursuant to Wyoming statute. Notice of sale was published in a
newspaper of general circulation for the required time as shown by the Affidavit
of Publication attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Also
attached and incorporated herein is the Affidavit of the attorney.

2. That I am the attorney for BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA N.A. AS
CUSTODIAN OR TRUSTEE for the purpose of foreclosing by advertisement and sale
that certain Mortgage recorded June 17, 1999, in the Office of the County
Clerk, LINCOLN County, Wyoming.
3. That Ten Day Notice of Intent to Foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement
and sale in accordance with Section 34 -4 -103, W.S. 1977, was sent by
certified mail to the record title owners and all parties in possession, if
any, of the property which is the subject of this foreclosure sale.

Cashier of the KEMMERER GAZETTE, weekly newspaper published in the
City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming; and that said newspaper
has a general circulation in said County and State; and that the legal notice herein attached,
was published in said newspaper for the full period of Four consecutive week(s): the
first publication being, on the l3thday of April 2000 and the
last publication being on the 4th day of May 2000 and the
said advertisement appeared in each and every number of said newspaper during the period
of publication as above stated.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
A default has occurred through Mortgagor's and/or subsequent owner's failure to
pay that Promissory Note in the original amount of $23,500.00, secured bya Mortgage
dated June 11, 1999; recorded June 17, 1999, Book 431, Page 638, Reception No.
859348 (re- recording info.: N /A), in Lincoln County, Wyoming; given by JODIE
JOHNSON AND KENNETH E. JOHNSON, mortgagors, to ADVANTA NATIONAL
BANK, as mortgagee; and subsequently, through one or more recorded assignments,
assigned to BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS CUSTO-
DIAN OR TRUSTEE;
securing property described as:

A portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4 to the Original Townsite of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Block 4, thence N 26°34'W, along
the westerly boundary of said Block 4, 70.00 feet; thence N 63 °26'E, 46.57 feet; thence
S 26 °34'E, 70.00 feet to a point on the southerly boundary of said Block 4; thence S
63 °26' W, along the southerly boundary of said Block 4, 46.67 feet to.the point of
beginning.
PURPORTED COMMON ADDRESS: 421 Emerald Street, Kemmerer Wyoming.
Mortgagee has declared the unpaid balance of $23,342.09, PLUS interest, ad-
vances, fees and costs, due and payable in full, and is advertising to sell said property
to satisfy the same; and WHEREAS, no suit or proceeding has been instituted at Law
to recover any part of the debt remaining; and WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has given
notice of its intention to foreclose, NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the property will be offered for sale and sold by the Sheriff's office of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to the highest bidder, for cash at public venue at the front
door of the Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 a.m. on May 18, 2000.
The Sheriff is not authorized to sell the property without a written bid from our
office, and an authorized representative in attendance on the lender's behalf.
