consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ARTURO H. PERALTA-
RAMOS III and CINDA K. PERALTA RAMOS, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties,
of P.O. Box 1108, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES, the following- described property
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The undersigned spouse of Grantor hereby joins in the execution and delivery of this
instrument solely for the purpose of releasing and waiving any of her rights to the property arising
by virtue of said homestead exemption laws.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this instrument effective as of the 10th day of
April, 2000.

including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights of
grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights of-way and easements of sight or record.
