Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of the Carson property, as referred to in the deed recorded with Receiving No. 930396, in book 662, on
Page 199, with the Office of the clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the North half Southwest
Quarter of Section 31, Township 31 North, Range 118 West, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of the South half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, said point of
beginning being 324.43 feet South 89 °40'28" East, along said North line from the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368,
1997 location for the Northwest corner of said South half Southwest Quarter, of said Section 31; thence North
0 °46'50" East, parallel with the West line of said North half Southwest Quarter, of said Section 31, 671.25 feet to a
point in the South line of the Schwab property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 848100, in
Book 406PR, on Page 758, with said Office; thence South 89 °35'25" East, along said South line, 719.12 feet to the
Southeast Corner thereof; thence North 0 °46'50" East, along the West line of said Schwab property, 208.71 feet to
a point in the South line of the Erickson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 919934,
in Book 625, on Page 502, with said office; thence South 89 °35'25" East, along said South line, 937.79 feet to the
Northwest Corner of the Hunsaker property, as referred to i the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 913781, in
Book 605, on Page 131, with said Office; thence South 0°35'03" West along the West line of said Hunsaker
property, 877.51 feet to a point in said North line of said South half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence
North 89 °4078" West, along said North line of said South half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, 1,659.94
feet, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH: A 30.00 feet wide perpetual right -of -way easement for ingress, egress, and all utilities to the
Carson property, as referred to hereinabove, including the right to construct and maintain a roadway, to provide
said ingress, egress, and for all utilities. However, this easement is not for the purpose of providing or creating a
public right -of -way, or access to any other lands other than those referenced hereinabove. Said easement being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1997 location for the Southeast Comer of the North half
Southeast Quarter, of said Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 119 West of said 6th P.M. Lincoln County,
Wyoming; thence North 0 °46'50" East, along the East line of said North half Southeast Quarter of said Section 36,
30.00 feet; thence North 89 °40'28" East, parallel with the North line of said South half Southwest Quarter of said
Section 31, 324.43 feet to a point in the West line of the above described property; thence South 0 °46'50" West
along said West line of said above described property, 30.00 feet to a point in the North line of said South half
southwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence North 89 °4078" West, along said North line of said South half
Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, 324.43 feet to the point of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
