JOSEPH L. MACK and MIRIAM MACK, husband and wife, grantors of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE JOSEPH L. MACK
REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST, dated December /2 2013, JOSEPH L. MACK
and MIRIAM MACK, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights of
record or in use.

Beginning at a point which is 54 rods and 8 feet South and 1,346 feet S 62 °W from the
center of said Section 16
and running thence South 418 feet;
thence S 62° W, 521 feet;
thence North 418 feet;
thence N 62° E, 521 feet to the place of beginning.
All land lying north of the property owned by Dorothy Leavitt located in the South half
of the SW 1/ of said Section 16.
