THIS TNDENTt7RE is made the day of Dumber, 2013, by and
between KRUPA MOTEL, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, Grantor, and
James R. Gunter and Thomas J. Gunter, as joint tenants with full rights
of survivorship, Grantees, whose address is: 709 Topaz Street,
Kemmerer, WY 83101;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and
paroel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
more particularly described as:
A parcel of land in the unplatted portion of the Town of Diaxnondville,
Wyoming, being a portion of Tract 50 of the resurvey of T21N R116W of
the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Ranger Heights Subdivision
to the Town of Diamondville;
thence South a distance of 50.00 feet
thence N89 59'30 "E, a distance of 6.62 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N89 59'30 "E, a distance of 310.66 feet to a point on the west
right -of -way line of Highway U.S. 30;
thence Southerly along said west right -of -way line of U.S. 30 along a
curve to the right having a central angle of 9 °42.43 a distance of
149.64 feet (chord bearing SO4 °38'24"W, Chord distance of 149.47 feet);
thence S89 52'30 "W, a distance of 299.36 feet;
thence North a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning
together with all appurtenances thereon situate
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
easements and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents
to be signed by its duly authorized Officer, the day and year first above
written.
