KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Ronald Thompson and Mary K.
Thompson, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and
forever quitclaim to Fallon L. Schwab, as her sole and separate property, whose address is
PO Box 98, Auburn, WY 83111, all right, title and interest in the following described real property
in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
A portion of the Barber property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 477 Photostatic
Records on page 278 with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 33 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at a point in the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, said point being
391.52 feet North 89 °25'26" West, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1978 location for the
Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; Thence North 89 °25'26"
West, along said south line, 248.17 feet to the southeast corner of the McLean property referred
to in the Deed recorded in Book 484 Photostatic Records on page 671; Thence North 0 °31'16"
East, along the East line of said McLean property, 500.00 feet, to a point in the south line of the
Comito property referred to in Deed recorded in Book 460 Photostatic Records on page 753;
Thence South 89 °25'26" East along said south line, 248.25 feet to the southeast corner of said
Comito property; Thence South 0 °31'50" West, parallel with the west line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 500.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in
use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
