Charles J. Fake and Debbie Fake, husband and wife, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Richard L. Pollard and Michelle Pollard, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is 719 Pearl
Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lots 86, 87 and 109 of Spring Canyon Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
