mortgagors, in favor of Bank of the West, a California Corporation, dated September 28, 2007, recorded October
1, 2007, in Book 674PR, Page 76, and re- recorded December 29, 2011, in Book 778PR, Page 564, in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the original amount of One Hundred
Twenty Six Thousand Twenty Two Dollars and 00 /100 ($126,022.00): and
WHEREAS, said note and mortgage having been assigned to the Wyoming Community Development
Authority by Assignment dated November 26, 2007, and recorded December 5, 2007, in Book 680PR, Page 547,
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff, pursuant to the request and
direction of the Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, proceeded to advertise and sell said
real property pursuant to the power of advertisement and sale set forth in said Mortgage and the laws of the State
of Wyoming, on the 6 day of August, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at public auction at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse; and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority made the highest bid for said property and
said property was sold to the Wyoming Community Development Authority and a Certificate of Sale having been
issued to said Wyoming Community Development Authority, dated August 6, 2013, recorded August 6, 2013, in
Book 817 of Records, at Page 305, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, no one having appeared and redeemed said property under the laws of the State of
Wyoming and the time for any such redemption having expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. that I. Shane Johnson, Sheriff of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted, bargained, sold and do hereby
transfer and convey to Wyoming Community Development Authority, P.O. Box 10100, Casper, Wyoming 82602,
the following described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 11 AND 12 OF BLOCK 22 OF THE FIRST ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF
KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE LAND CONTAINED IN WARRANTY DEED
RECORDED AUGUST 3, 1981, IN BOOK 179PR ON PAGE 238 OF THE RECORDS
OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
which as the address of 301 Ruby Street, Kemmer, Wyoming 83101.
