I, ('dhnr.(34..t zerlpsc h Sheriff and /or Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, after first being duly sworn on oath, do hereby certify that under and by virtue of that Notice of Intent to Foreclosure Mortgage by Advertisement and Sale which was Posted, Published, and personally served, as evidenced by the Affidavits of Service, Posting and Publishing which have been provide to me. The mortgage that was foreclosed is set forth in the above described Notice. Said real property is more particularly described as follows: LOT ONE (1) AND TWO (2), W'VNE'/ AND NE'/NE'/ SECTION 1, T 27 N, RANGE 120 W AND LOT FOUR (4), SW' /NW'/ AND NW' /SW'/ SECTION 6, T 27 N, RANGE 119 W, 6TH P.M. WYOMING. CONTAINING 311.40 ACRES MORE OR LESS. LOT THREE (3) SECTION 6, T 27 N, RANGE 119 W, AND W' /2SE'/, E'hSW'/, NW' /SW'/ AND S'hNW'/ SECTION 31, T 28 N, RANGE 119 W, 6 P.M. WYOMING. CONTAINING 320.05 ACRES MORE OR LESS. SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTION, RESERVATIONS, COVENANTS, TOWN ORDINANCES, AND EASEMENTS, AND RIGHT OF WAYS, OF RECORD OR VISION. CERTIFICATE OF SALE PAGE 1 of 2 Pursuant to said Notice, and the applicable statute of the State of Wyoming, I am commanded to sell the property described above according to law, and out of the proceeds of said sale I was commanded to obtain my fees, disbursements and commissions as provided by law, next to pay Plaintiff the total sum of 258,864.19 plus statutory interest accrued on said amount from December 17, 2013, until paid, which sum includes the Mortgagee's costs and expenses including attorney fees in the amount of $4,032.00 together with taxes and other assessments against the subject property or so much of the same as said proceeds of the sale shall pay thereof. I duly called the Sheriff's Sale upon the real property described above attached on the 17 day of December 2013, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., of said day, on the front steps of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Lincoln County Wyoming, according to law, and after due and legal notice required by law, sold the described real property to: JONATHAN WILLY MARX, of 218 North 7 Street, Montpelier, Idaho 83254; ZANE ACE WIRTH, of 1545 Raymond Rd, Geneva, Idaho 83238; EDWARD SYLVESTER WIRTH, of 236 South 8 Street, Montpelier, Idaho 83254; and STEPHEN N. CAYWOOD ZANA FLO WIRTH- CAYWOOD, of 236 South 8 Street, Montpelier, Idaho 83254, (hereafter "Mortgagees who made the highest bid therefor at such sale in the sum of $258,864.19 lawful money of the United States of America, as a credit bid which was the whole sum paid for the real property and all appurtenances. 3. I further do certify that the whole of said property is subject to redemption pursuant to Wyoming Code 1 -18 -101 et seq., for a period of twelve (12) months, by virtue of its being greater than eighty (80) acres; FURTHER SAITH AFFIANT NAUGHT DATED this 17 day of December 2013.
