husband and wife, GRANTORS, residing in Teton County, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to:
(i)
Travis M. Ziehl, Trustee of the Travis M. Ziehl Revocable Trust under agreement
dated April 6, 2012, for the benefit of Travis M. Ziehl and his heirs, an undivided
50% tenancy -in- common interest, and to
(ii) Monika W. Ziehl, Trustee of the Monika W. Ziehl Revocable Trust under agreement
dated April 6, 2012, for the benefit of Monika W. Ziehl and her heirs, an undivided
50% tenancy -in- common interest,
GRANTEES, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 12676, Jackson, WY 83002, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT TEN (10) OF RIVER VIEW MEADOWS ADDITION TO THE
TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN THE SE1 /4 OF SECTION 30, T37N,
R118W, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED JULY 2, 1993 AS
DOCUMENT NUMBER 767416 AND MAP NUMBER 264 -B IN
THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
and the said GRANTORS hereby covenant with the said GRANTEES that GRANTORS are lawfully
seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and GRANTORS warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
