on the attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for Terry Gordon Allred and
Mary Frances Allred Joint Living Trust, Dated 4 November 1992 TRACT 3"
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record, in sight, of in use.
Also reserving unto Terry Gordon Allred and Mary Frances Allred and LIFE ESTATE for the life of Terry Gordon
Allred and Mary Frances Allred.
NOTE: This is recorded to correct the date of the trust in the certain Warranty Deed recorded October 30, 2013 in Book
823PR on page 10 of the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 454 of Photostatic Records on page 223 and all of that tract in said Office in Book
708 of Photostatic Records on page 455, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of an existing fence line and the southerly
prolongation of the west line of said tract in Book 708, S84 57' -31 "W, 443.60 feet, from
the southeast comer of said EV2NE1/4;
thence N00 39' -07 "E, 2380.15 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 708, to the
northwest point of said tract on the north line of said E''NE'/4;
thence S89 01' -29 "E, 219.97 feet, along said north line, to the northeast point of said
tract;
thence S00 38' -02 "W, 2356.91 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 708 and the
southerly prolongation thereof, to a point on said existing fence line;
