Quit Claim Deed
Shane A. Law, a single man, "GRANTOR of Teton County, State of Wyorning, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANT, TRANSFER, CONVEY AND
QUIT CLAIM to Clarene Law, Trustee of The Clarene Law Revocable Trust, U /A/D April 4,
1989, U /R/D December 31, 2009, and any further amendments thereto; Creed Law, Trustee of
The Creed Law Revocable Trust, U /A/D April 4, 1989, U /R/D December 31, 2009, and any
further amendments thereto; and Shane Law, a single man, "GRANTEES whose address is
P.O. Box 575, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, all right, title and interest now owned or hereafter
acquired in and to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Together with and including all improvements thereon all oil, gas and mineral
rights owned by Seller, if any, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging; subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, rights, and rights -of -way of sight and /or record, and further subject
to discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage of area, encroachments and
any facts which a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose
and which are not shown on the public record, and further subject to zoning laws
and restrictions.
